Description

Responsibly sourced, wild caught, Alaskan White Fish lives a wild existence and eats a natural diet in the icy cold Alaskan waters.

Very Different from our red or white meat biscuits. Much thinner biscuits are sometimes soft and bendable, sometimes crisp and crunchy. Fish has different properties then our other proteins so it reacts differently when air dried. Fish when air dried does not absorb as much water or expand; but each biscuit equals 1/2 cup of food - it remains dense after rehydrating.

Be sure to reseal the bag carefully or store in your own air tight container.

    • Contains more protein than Chicken or Beef
    • Naturally low fat
    • Excellent source for Omega-3 fatty acids both EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)
    • High in selenium, which acts as a mood elevator for dogs
    • High in vitamins B12, B6 and niacin

Did you know fish ....

In Alaska, Sustainable fishing has been the law since 1959 when Alaska became the only state with sustainability written into its constitution.

If you want to know where Alaska stands on fish farming (aquaculture), just consider that finfish farming is illegal there, guaranteeing that all commercially harvested finfish from the state is wild, natural, and sustainably harvested

      What's In The Biscuit?

The Main Ingredient In Our Biscuits: Pure Muscle Meat

      Transitioning to Our Food

Transition your dog to any new food. Because 80% of your dog's immune system is in their gut, it is important to take care of your dog’s digestive system. All dogs are individuals, switching their food might go faster or slower than our suggested timeline below. You will want to take into consideration things such as any history of sensitive gastrointestinal issues.

It is vital to never suddenly change your dog’s diet, but instead, slowly transition.

How to transition the dog food. There are four bowls - the first shows that on days 1-3 that it should be 25% new food and 75% their same food. On days 4-6 it should be 50% new food. On days 7-9 it should be 75% new food. Day 10 100% new food.
